Complete the intake form, which will be emailed to you along with your confirmation of appointment time.

The initial evaluation will be a combination of discussion of what you define as a problem, and your expectations of what you expect your part to be. I will observe your dog’s behavior and provide input as to what the core issues are that are contributing.
